Objective

The client required a secure vehicle tracking and time logging solution that could accurately record vehicle movements, classify different vehicle types, and automate timesheet reporting. The solution also needed to comply with stringent organizational security protocols that restricted direct access to internal and cloud infrastructure.

Solution

JMDS designed and implemented a customized RFID-based vehicle management system tailored to the client’s operational and security requirements. The solution included a secure intermediary system architecture, customized RFID hardware integration, VPN-enabled data transfer, automated vehicle logging, classification, and reporting capabilities that seamlessly integrated with the client’s existing technology environment.
