The client, a leading FMCG company was facing recurring flaws in material management, inventory, and warehousing operations that were causing material losses and communication breakdowns across its warehouses. Solution Delivered
JMDS conducted in-depth consultation with Emami’s project management team and designed a complete solution architecture — including process-flow diagrams for inventory, warehousing, and a biometric system — before building a proprietary smart tag management system to bring accuracy and control to material tracking. Multiple mockups were created and refined until Emami finalized the best-fit architecture, which JMDS then implemented.
